Qualification Specialist

SALES TEAM (Full Time)

The qualification specialist is the backbone of our sales team. The person in this role will qualify potential clients, then demonstrate to them how the Accelerated Payoff Strategy can help them.

  • Qualifications: Must have a sales and marketing background. College education not required.
  • Pay: 15% Commission of Sales + Volume Bonus Opportunities

SALES TEAM (Full Time & Part Time Available)

Appointment coordinators help assist our marketing and sales efforts. An appointment coordinator reaches out to our potential clients via call/text to schedule an appointment for our qualification specialists.

  • Qualifications: No sales experience required. College education not required. Must have strong communication skills.
  • Pay: $25/hr + $200 Commission
  • Remote Work Possible?: Yes

MARKETING TEAM (Full Time)

The affiliate manager is in charge of all our marketing affiliate operations. Their job is to recruit, develop and retain affiliates and joint-venture partners. The affiliate manager possesses both skills of marketing and sales.

  • Qualifications: Must have a strong marketing and tech background. College education is not required but recommended.
  • Pay: $60k/year + $200 Commission per affiliate enrollment

CLIENT SUCCESS TEAM (Full Time)

The financial strategy consultant plays a pivotal role in guiding clients through personalized financial strategies to reduce debt, improve financial stability and build long-term financial health. This role focuses on client education, engagement and retention.

  • Qualifications: Preferred to have a background in financial sales, education or coaching.
  • Pay: $66k/year
