Important Disclosure Regarding Recommended HELOC Lenders

Accelerated Strategies, LLC (“Accelerated Strategies”) is not a bank, lender, or credit issuer. As part of our educational and coaching services, we may recommend independent third-party lenders that offer Home Equity Line of Credit (“HELOC”) products.

You are not required to use any lender recommended by Accelerated Strategies. You are free to choose any lender or financial institution of your own preference to obtain a HELOC. Your participation in our program, pricing, or eligibility will not be affected by your choice of lender.

If you choose to proceed with the lender we recommend:

• You will be working directly with that lender, which is a separate, independent organization subject to its own terms, conditions, and disclosures.

• The lender may charge closing costs, origination fees, or other expenses associated with opening a HELOC. These costs are set solely by the lender and are not controlled by Accelerated Strategies.

• Accelerated Strategies may receive a flat marketing or advertising fee from the lender for promotional or administrative services performed. This fee is not tied to your loan approval, loan amount, or decision to use the lender, and does not increase your cost in obtaining the HELOC.

While we encourage you to shop for the lender and terms that best fit your financial goals, the lender(s) we recommend are familiar with our process and specialize in HELOC products that work seamlessly with the strategies we teach. Many clients find this familiarity helps streamline communication and implementation of the strategy.

By acknowledging this disclosure, you confirm that:

1. You have received this information before applying with any recommended lender;

2. You understand that Accelerated Strategies is not a lender and does not make credit decisions;

3. You understand that you are free to select any lender of your choosing.
