Solvit Beta Tester Agreement

This Beta Tester User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Accelerated Strategies, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and you, the Beta Tester (“Tester,” “you,” or “your”).

By installing, accessing, or using the Solvit application (the “App”) in its beta version, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Purpose of Beta Testing

• The App is currently in beta testing and is provided solely for evaluation, testing, and feedback purposes.

• The App may contain defects, errors, bugs, and inaccuracies.

• Your participation is voluntary and intended to help the Company improve the App before commercial release.

2. Acknowledgement of Risks

• You understand that the App is a financial application and may generate incorrect, incomplete, or misleading financial information, projections, or recommendations.

• While extremely rare, Use of the App may result in loss of data, incorrect financial planning, or financial loss.

• By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the App during its beta phase.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided “AS IS,” without warranties of any kind.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement.

• The Company does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

4. Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall the Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, or agents be liable for any damages of any kind (including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages) arising out of or relating to:

  • (a) use of or inability to use the App;

  • (b) errors, inaccuracies, or malfunctions of the App;

  • (c) loss of data, loss of funds, or financial consequences of reliance on the App;

  • (d) unauthorized access to your account by Company administrators for troubleshooting or monitoring.

• Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your:

• (a) participation in the beta program,

• (b) use or misuse of the App,

• (c) violation of this Agreement, or

• (d) reliance on data or results provided by the App.

6. Privacy & Data Use

This agreement shall be subordinate to the company’s privacy policy. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. The Company will have access to certain categories of data, including:

   • Financial transaction data

   • Names of financial accounts

   • Income and expense information

   • Cashflow information

   • Debt balances and repayment details

2. The Company will not collect or store:

   • Account numbers

   • Social Security numbers

   • Login credentials or passwords

   • Credit card numbers

   • Other sensitive PII beyond what is described above.

3. Your usage behavior, interactions, and activities within the App will be recorded and monitored for purposes including error detection, troubleshooting, feature improvement, and performance analysis.

4. Developers and administrators of Solvit may log in to your account at any time for the purpose of replicating issues, monitoring tests, and providing support.

5. If you do not wish to share certain information, you should refrain from entering such information into the App.

7. Confidentiality

• You acknowledge that the App, its features, and related documentation may constitute confidential and proprietary information of the Company.

• You agree not to disclose, share, copy, or distribute any such information (including screenshots, performance details, or feature descriptions) to third parties without prior written consent from the Company.

• Your obligations under this section survive termination of this Agreement.

8. Feedback

• You are encouraged to provide suggestions, bug reports, and feedback through designated channels.

• By submitting feedback, you grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, and incorporate your feedback into the App or related services without restriction or compensation.

9. Termination

• The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the beta program at any time, with or without cause, and without liability.

• You may withdraw at any time by ceasing use of the App.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company regarding your participation as a Beta Tester, and supersedes all prior agreements, discussions, or representations.

By using the Solvit App in beta form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
