2. Use of AI Generated Videos and Images That May Contain Likeness of a Real Person

We may use images or video content that contain people in them. In such content, there may appear to be person(s) that share likeness or resemblance of a real person. We do our best to a.) obtain permission to use likeness of a real person in the case that the AI is modeled or trained to produce content that appears to look like a specific person and b.) use generic imageries and fictional person(s) as depictions on our AI generated content.

However, in any case that we use an image or a video that contains a person(s) that may resemble you or your likeness, please contact us with a request for removal. We ask all visitors to first reach out to us directly and we will honor your request within 48 business hours.

Any resemblance to real persons, living or deceased, in AI-generated content is purely coincidental unless explicitly stated otherwise. The Company shall not be held liable for any unintentional likeness produced by AI-generated imagery or video content. By submitting a removal request, you represent and warrant that you are the individual depicted or an authorized representative acting on their behalf, and you agree to provide reasonable evidence of identity upon request.

3. AI Generated Suggestions and Content

While we do our best to present accurate, legal, factual, and real information at all times possible, it is possible that the visitor's interaction with our website, online assets, AI tools, and calculators may produce incomplete or non-accurate outcome. Visitors should take extra caution and verify all content and outcome produced by AI or generative AI tools. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Accelerated Strategies LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way related to your use of AI-generated content, tools, or materials provided through our digital properties, your violation of this Disclosure, or your infringement of any rights of another party.

7. Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of any AI-generated content, tools, calculators, or interactive materials on our digital properties is at your sole risk. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made, actions taken, or reliance placed on the outputs produced by AI technology on our platform.
