Who We Are

Accelerated Strategies was founded by brothers Sam and Daniel Kwak, known today as the Kwak Brothers. Raised by a pastor called to minister to Korean immigrant families in Chicago in 1999, Sam and Daniel experienced firsthand the hardships of language barriers, cultural shock, isolation and financial scarcity.

Growing up, the Kwak family faced severe financial struggles, including winters without heat and meals crafted from dandelion leaves. These early hardships ignited a powerful curiosity in Sam and Daniel about financial freedom, wealth creation and the rules governing money.

Their entrepreneurial journey began humbly, with Sam launching a mobile DJ business in 2012. Soon after, both brothers discovered real estate investing, leading them into a community that accelerated their growth. In early 2016, they discovered the "Accelerated Payoff" strategy - a revolutionary way to rapidly eliminate debt.

Initially skeptical, yet burdened by credit card debt themselves, Sam and Daniel adopted the strategy with expert guidance. Witnessing its transformative power firsthand, in 2017 they began sharing their insights online. Their message quickly resonated, reaching thousands and igniting a viral movement.

By 2017, empowered by their debt-free confidence, Sam and Daniel had completed over $5 million in real estate investments. Recognizing a growing demand, they formalized their teachings into what became Accelerated Strategies in 2021, shifting from video courses to personalized consulting, software tools and a supportive community.

Today, Accelerated Strategies has guided thousands of homeowners to financial independence and peace. Driven by their childhood experiences, Sam and Daniel passionately advocate for financial hope, redemption and freedom, believing these gifts should be accessible to everyone through education and empowerment.
