What is the Accelerated Payoff Calculator?
It is an interactive illustration from Accelerated Strategies. You enter loan figures and it shows a projected path from those figures. It does not approve credit.
This page hosts the Accelerated Payoff Calculator. The interactive tool is the same calculator that runs at apcalculator.acceleratedstrategies.com. Use it to try your own mortgage figures. The result is an illustration. It is not a loan offer, a credit decision, or a promise that a mortgage will be paid off on a certain date.
The calculator asks for the loan details it needs, such as a balance, a rate, and a payment. Those labels are on the tool itself. Type the numbers from your latest mortgage statement when you have them. When you change an input, the projection changes. The tool does not pull your loan from a bank, and it does not apply for a line of credit for you.
A lender still sets the real interest rate, credit limit, and repayment rules. An illustration can leave those out. Before you move money or open a credit line, read the lender's terms.
Chop My Mortgage, at /calculator-download, is a spreadsheet. You submit your name, email, and phone, and the file is emailed to you. This page is the interactive calculator. You can use it in the frame below, or open it in a new tab. The pay off versus invest calculator at /payoff-vs-invest-calculator answers a different question: it compares extra principal payments with investing the same cash flow. It does not replace this tool.

No. It shows a projection from the inputs on the screen. Your lender's terms, fees, and any change in rate or payment can make the real payoff date different.
